Vianney Lopez
Vianney Lopez is the founder of Vianney Lopez Law Office, PLLC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on real estate development and construction law. She advises clients at every stage of a construction project—from contract drafting and negotiation through project closeout and post-completion disputes—helping them to manage risk and to keep projects moving forward.

Vianney represents a wide range of clients in the construction industry, including property owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, lenders, investors, tenants, real estate investment trusts, and specialty contractors. Her experience spans complex commercial projects involving mixed-use, multi-family, retail, hospitality, and industrial developments.

Extensive experience in construction law and dispute resolution.
Her practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of project agreements, including design, engineering, design-build, construction management, procurement, program management, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts. She also counsels clients on project management and contract administration issues and works proactively to resolve disputes before they escalate into costly litigation. Vianney has extensive experience handling matters involving project delays, change orders, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, warranty claims, and design and construction defect disputes.

In addition to her construction practice, Vianney is a registered neutral in the State of Georgia. She regularly applies her negotiation and mediation skills to help parties reach efficient, business-oriented project solutions.
Career Background
Former partner at a national law firm with extensive legal experience.
Prior to founding VLLO, Vianney was a partner at a national law firm, where she practiced in the firm’s Real Estate and Construction groups. She began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to a United States Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Before attending law school, she served as a New York City Teaching Fellow in her hometown of the Bronx and earned a master’s degree in education from Lehman College.
